When and what made
you become a chef?

My mother claims, that as a very small child, I didn't play with my toys, I was much more amused to play in the kitchen with pot & pans. Ultimately, my inspiration 
to create wonderful experiences, & host my friends and family.  In business my inspiration is to produce sellable dishes at a profit.  

Whats your favorite dish 
at bodega?

My favorite dish at work is always the one that sells the most.  
So, our "Barbacoa Taco", If you ask me what is my favorite dish to 
eat...Ceviche!

You are known as the Seafood fest taco champ, what taco won you 
that award and what's your favorite part of being involved with seafood 
fest?

Where do you see yourself In 10 years?

Retired and in love!

This year I retire after winning back the Championship for the 4th time in 5 years.  
My secret to victory...I always do Florida Lobster taco, how are you going to beat that??  
The Seafood fest is run by a wonderful, hardworking family that produces one of the best 
events in town, a great show value!
